91 Outside Vendor Information—Certificate of Insurance All outside vendors and services must provide the Hotel with their current certificate of insurance prior to coming on premise. For the certificate of insurance please provide the following: 1. Proof of $1,000,000.00 (One Million) workmen’s comp. 2. Proof of General Liability for $5,000,000.00 (Five Million). 3. Auto Liability, as applicable, with minimum limits of $5,000,000 (Five Million) Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. 4.
