91 Outside Vendor Information—Certificate of Insurance All outside vendors and services must provide the Hotel with their current certificate of insurance prior to coming on premise. For the certificate of insurance please provide the following: 1. Proof of $1,000,000.00 (One Million) workmen’s comp. 2. Proof of General Liability for $5,000,000.00 (Five Million). 3. Auto Liability, as applicable, with minimum limits of $5,000,000 (Five Million) Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. 4. List the following entities as additional insured: H&H, Retail Owner, LLC; H&H TRS, LLC; H&H Mezz Owner, LLC; H&H Series Owner, LLC; H&H REIT, Inc; H&H Retail Holdings, LLC; H&H Retail GP, LLC; DJM H&H, LLC; GC H&H, LLC; Gaw Capital Advisors (USA), LLC, DJM Capital Partners, LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, partners, members, managers, shareholders, affiliated companies and mortgagees/lenders Sponsorship Opportunities Elevator wraps, window/floor clings and additional branding opportunities are permitted with Hotel approval – please consult your Conference Services/ Catering Manager for procedures and associated costs.
